REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy – Firefit HQ
Effective Date: 10/05/2025
At Firefit HQ, we strive to provide a fair and transparent payment and cancellation process for all our members and guests. Please read our refund terms below.
1. Monthly Memberships
Standard membership is £35/month, paid via Direct Debit.
Blue Light Discount membership is £30/month, available to eligible emergency service, NHS, and armed forces personnel.
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, including partial months.
To cancel your membership, 7 days’ written notice is required before your next billing cycle.
If a payment fails or is missed, access may be temporarily suspended until the account is brought up to date.
2. Pay-As-You-Go Classes (£6.50 per class)
Classes can be booked online or in person.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or class credit.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
3. Day Pass Access (£7/day)
Day passes are valid for one calendar day (00:00 - 00:00).
Non-refundable once purchased.
No refunds for early departure, unused time, or change of mind.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside this policy may be issued only in exceptional cases (e.g. medical issues, emergencies), at the discretion of Firefit HQ management.
