Terms and Conditions – FireFit HQ
Effective Date: 10/05/2025
By signing up for or using Firefit HQ’s services or facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Membership and Access
Membership is available to individuals aged 16+.
Firefit HQ is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Unsupervised Hours: The gym will not be staffed at all times. During unsupervised periods, members use the facility at their own risk.
Members must not grant access to others. Tailgating or sharing access codes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate membership cancellation with no refund.
CCTV and entry systems are in place for safety and security monitoring.
2. Payments
Standard monthly membership: £35
Blue Light Discount membership: £30 (with valid ID)
All memberships are billed monthly via Direct Debit and are non-refundable.
Failed or missed payments may result in suspension of access.
3. Day Pass & Class Access
Day Pass: £7 per day, valid during staffed and unsupervised hours. Day pass must be purchased on day of intended use as access codes are generated daily at midnight. Passes will only run for 1 Calendar day (00:00 - 00:00) and are non refundable.
Classes: £6.50 each, can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a refund or credit. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
4. Health, Safety & Liability
You confirm that you are physically fit and able to safely use the gym equipment and facilities.
If unsure, you should consult a medical professional before beginning exercise.
During unsupervised hours, you accept full responsibility for your own safety.
Firefit HQ is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
Use equipment properly and report any faults or hazards immediately.
5. Behaviour & Code of Conduct
Members must behave respectfully and safely at all times.
Misuse of equipment, dangerous conduct, or offensive behaviour may result in a ban or termination of membership without refund.
Always clean equipment after use and respect other gym users’ space.
6. Data & Security
CCTV is in continuous operation for the safety and monitoring of all users.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your gym access code is unique to you and must not be shared.
7. Changes to Terms
Firefit HQ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions with notice posted on the website or via email.
Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any changes.
